Our Mission
The mission of Pakistan Alliance for Nicotine and Tobacco Harm Reduction (PANTHR) is to support practical, evidence-based, and people-centered solutions that can help reduce the health burden caused by combustible smoking in Pakistan.
PANTHR believes that ending smoking is possible when smokers are provided with accurate information, proper support, accessible cessation services, and safer alternatives for those who are unable or unwilling to quit completely.
While remaining committed to tobacco control and the protection of public health, PANTHR works to promote balanced discussion on smoking cessation, tobacco harm reduction, and innovative approaches that can help save lives.
What We Aim To Do
PANTHR aims to create awareness about the harms of smoking, support smokers in their journey to quit, and encourage policies that are guided by science, evidence, and public health needs.
The alliance brings together organizations, health professionals, researchers, advocates, and individuals who share a common goal: reducing smoking-related disease and death in Pakistan.

Through research, awareness, advocacy, and collaboration, PANTHR seeks to play a constructive role in building a future where fewer people smoke and more lives are protected.
